About Our Services:
We don't believe most people really care about the type of equipment a supplier has, only what the equipment can do. You can get a list from us if you really want, (we're quite proud of it!), but we'd rather tell you about what it can do for you.
We offer the services of twenty-nine different stamping presses, featuring such quality names as Bliss, Minster and others, ranging from
22 to 250 tons in stamping capacity. We also have secondary operation equipment such as tappers, welders, Tox joining systems, machining centers and more.
Top of the line Feeds and Straighteners deliver material into the presses
as accurately as 0.001", State of the art electronic die protection is applied liberally to
increase the quality of parts and durability of tooling, thereby reducing costs.
Tooling is built and maintained by our fully-equipped in-house tool
room. Our toolmakers work closely with our press room, are immediately on the scene for all tool adjustments, and are well versed on what does and doesn't work in a real stamping operation.
We stamp virtually any material, starting with common steels, spring steel, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, tinplate, galvanized, electro-zinc, HRP&O, beryllium copper and more, through more esoteric materials such as painted, rubber coated, anodized, laminated and many other materials.
Parts can be:
- as thin as .008 inches or as thick as ½ inch;
- as narrow as ¼ inch or as wide as 16 inches;
- as short as .062 inches or as long as 30 inches;
- as deeply drawn as 8 inches.
All necessary inspection equipment is in-house and calibrated to National Standards on a regular basis.
Computers on our shop floor and throughout our facility aid in data collection, SPC, labeling, scheduling, inventory control, maintenance, engineering and more.
That should give you a pretty good idea of what our equipment can do. But, if you still want to see that list,
... we're proud of it and we'll gladly email it right over to you.
